Managed Photos is an Internet company that helps church type organizations create and store content for media applications. One of the primary resources for the media content comes from a church run studio photo shoot. Manage Photos provides the training to equipment church volunteers to perform a production quality photo shoot. We also source some of the more specialized equipment needed for the activity that is not always readily available. Once the church volunteers have completed Managed Photos on-line classes, related to the photo shoot activities, the volunteers will be qualified to easily assist church parishioners in the selection and ordering of photos using Managed Photos on-line program. As pictures are captured, the content is stored for use in the creation of pictorial directory. As a secondary step, premade templates have been designed to allow a church to create and manage its own pictorial directory. The photos are stored in Managed Photos Photo repository and used in the following ways:
- To create hard copy pictorial albums can then be copied or printed locally. Many churches prefer to use their own resources in producing a hard copy output.
- To link album content to a church web site. (If your church does not have a web site, we can help get you one or upgrade from an existing site that perhaps needs some help.)
- Selected Pages from an album or event can be loaded into a media presentation and displayed on Sunday as part to the digital Signage. (With media content available, it becomes easy to introduce the Jones, or meet the Smiths, perhaps view the Adams Thursday night bible study just for examples.
